Review your offer card-by-card, accept what you like and we'll send back what you don't. No fees, no worries, no need to contact support. It's all built-in to our process.
Any individual card with an offer over $1 can be returned to you at no cost.
Cards under $1 cannot be individually returned. By sending lower-value cards, you are agreeing to sell them at our offered rates.
Items sent that are not eligible for our buylist are not eligible for return. This includes but is not limited to: tokens, oversized cards, thick cards, sleeves, proxies, counterfiet cards, playmats, deck boxes, binders, dice, etc.
Note that we price non-english cards and tokens at our bulk rate ($4/1000) and are accordingly ineligible for return.
Returns ship only to US addresses, and only to the same address the cards were sent from.
Once your shipment arrives, we'll process it and have your offer ready within 2 business days (for shipments up to 2,000 cards). You'll receive an email notification when your offer is ready to review.
After you review your offer and confirm your selections, we'll process payment within 1 business day. Returned cards are shipped back to you within 2 business days of confirmation at no cost to you.
